Ajaya Babu, the Principal of KV Adoor. He introduced himself and the staff members to the alumni’s; and stressed the need for a well functioning Alumni Association for the welfare of the student’s of the KV and the coming generation. He also emphasized the need of well disciplined and organized work from the members of Alumni. Ajith Kumar read out the bye-laws and explained the terms and conditions to the participants in the meeting. The bye-laws were approved by the General body meeting with minor modification in the name – ‘Smrithi’ is the new name suggested and approved. The participants voluntarily expressed their feelings and shared their opinion regarding the conduct of this type of meetings. During the General body meeting, a management committee was formed as per the details. The office bearers were nominated as per the details given below. [ Click Here ] | | | | The General body meeting approved the nominations for office bearers and authorized office bearers to plan future activities. After the conclusion of General body meeting, a brief meeting of the Management Committee was held in the AV room. This meeting was presided over by the President Miss. Aswini R. the following decisions were taken during this meeting. The members of the Alumni Association should remit annual subscription Rs. 100/- towards the membership. Bank Account is to be opened jointly by the Secretary and Treasurer in Indian Bank, Pallickal, Adoor. The meeting authorized Mathew Babuji, to be incharge of the website of Alumni Association. Various activities are to be conducted in the school for the betterment of the students which includes Career guidance program for X & XII students. Next General body meeting will be held on 9th May 2009.(Second Saturday) Next Management Committee meeting will be held in K.V Adoor on the Second Saturday of March.
